PREPAID AND PAYMENT:
You can choose to pay at the time of booking through a secure process with a data protection guarantee seal or pay on arrival in cash, although at the time of reservations we will ask you for 25% of the Reservation by Bank transfer, After making the reservation, you will receive immediate confirmation and your reservation will be 100% guaranteed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of canceling the reservation before 72 hours have passed after making it, 100% of the down payment is returned.
The cancellation of the reservation will result in the retention of the following amounts:
* 50% of the down payment, when the cancellation of the reservation is made more than 30 days before the date of entry into the accommodation.
* 50% of the down payment, when the cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance. In the event that the house is reoccupied for the same price for which you made the reservation, only 50% of the down payment will be retained.
* Not showing up at the house or not canceling with a minimum of 48 hours in advance, implies having to pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
In the event of circumstances beyond the client's control or due to a major cause, the same criteria set forth in this section will be applied.
In the event that due to the mandatory official COVID mobility restrictions that may exist when you have to come, it is not possible for you to get to the accommodation, we will keep 100% of the pay and deposit obtaining a bonus or modifying the dates. Flexible COVID 19 date change policy: if for justifiable reasons of force majeure related to COVID-19 you cannot travel to our hotel, we will safely change your date reservation (even if it is outside the free cancellation period and subject to availability and price variation) delighted so that you can enjoy when you can and do not miss the dream vacation you deserve.
NO PRESENTATION POLICY:
In case of no-show, you must pay the total of the stay that we will charge to the guarantee card requested when making the reservation.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS POLICY:
Children under 5 years old sharing a bed with their parents stay FREE. In a cot also free and in an extra bed if they are over 5 years old they pay a supplement of € 15 / night.
